Qinhuangdao Cross-border E-Commerce Association

The Qinhuangdao Cross border E-commerce Association is a city wide, industrial, and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises and institutions engaged in cross-border e-commerce in Qinhuangdao. English name: Qinhuangdao Cross order E-Commerce Association, abbreviated as QHDCBEA.

The Qinhuangdao Cross border E-commerce Association was established in September 2023. The origin of the association can be traced back to the "Qinhuangdao Online Chamber of Commerce" established in 2013. After years of accumulation and sedimentation, it currently has more than 100 members, covering various cities in Qinhuangdao, involving the main characteristic industries of Qinhuangdao, such as medical equipment, food and beverage, the five metals, high-end equipment manufacturing, environmental protection, knitting, agriculture and sidelines, pets, office equipment, boutique living and household goods,and other industries.

The association aims to "serve the government, enterprises, and members". The purpose of establishing the association is to (1) Take creating opportunities and win-win cooperation as the main line, effectively build a communication platform between the government and the industry, industry and enterprise, and between enterprises .Play the role of a bridge and link to serve the government, service members, service industry, and service enterprises; (2) Fulfill the functions of industry representative, industry self-discipline, industry management, industry coordination, and industry service; (3) Safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members, promote communication and cooperation among members, and promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce in this city.

The Association adheres to the overall leadership of the CPC, and establishes an organization of the CPC in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the CPC and the organizational procedures and with the approval of the party organization at a higher level. The name of the party organization is: Qinhuangdao Cross border E-commerce Association Party Branch; The superior party organization is the Qinhuangdao Municipal Social Organization Committee of the Communist Party of China. The registration management authority of the association is the Qinhuangdao Administrative Approval Bureau, and the business supervisory unit is the Qinhuangdao Foreign Affairs and Commerce Bureau.
